Returns & Refunds Policy

At Jellie, we take pride in providing safe and high-quality breastfeeding products for mums and their little ones. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on any breastfeeding products that have been opened or used.

If you wish to return your purchase and the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your Jellie product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jellie.com.au. To assist us in assessing the issue, please include:

  • Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • A description of the fault

  • Images of the faulty item, where possible

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your item is found to have a fault, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). Faulty products must be returned to us promptly. Please note that return freight and handling charges will be refunded if product is found to be faulty. 

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not considered faulty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
