Delivery and Returns
Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. All orders are delivered by Australia Post. We will advise you in the event that your order is delayed.
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $49.
Please note we are only currently shipping items within Australia and New Zealand (NZ). Shipping to NZ is $5AUD and calculated at checkout once shipping address has been entered.
Please contact us if you wish to purchase an item for outside of Australia or NZ.
The Jellie Collect is a breastfeeding product. For hygiene and safety reasons, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law but proof of purchase is required. If you think any part of your Jellie Collect is faulty, please email us at email@example.com and if possible, send an image of the fault. Faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible. Return freight and handling charges are at the cost of the consumer.
